Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via USPS will take 3-5 days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Are cards customizable?

All text in or on cards is customizable. Images cannot be customized at this time.

Can I return my order if I don't like it?

Returns on standard items are available up to 14 days after the delivery date. Customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Mel & Meet reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

Are bulk orders available?

Bulk orders of 10 or more greeting cards are available. Please contact us at hello@melandmeetdecor.com for bulk pricing.
